Just a enjoyed a few days in this lovely city. We wanted to go see Gaudí’s Sagrada Familia but the tickets were all booked out but luckily Barcelona Guide Bureau rescued us. The tour included the different sites but also had time to have a lovely lunch in Pablo Espaniol.

On arrival, you'll want to spend some time relaxing so get on board a cruise and experience The Blue Side of Barcelona! Spend an hour on a traditionally built sailing ship and become mesmerized by the blue water of the sea contrasting with the Barcelona skyline.


Afterwards, take a stroll along the beach, visit Barceloneta neighborhood or Port Vell (old port) for a bite to eat before returning to your hotel for the evening.

Start with the very best of Barcelona, Gaudi's most famous monuments: The Sagrada Familia & Park Güell.


Have a light lunch at the cafeteria of the Palau de la Musica with a few pinxos and discover the beautiful concert hall with a local expert guide.

Gothic Quarter & Picasso Museum

First, you'll travel by air conditioned bus to Codorníu Wine Cellars - known as the Cathedral of Cava. The visit includes a tour on a small electric train around the largest underground cellar in the world. Adults will also receive a taste of cava!


Next, we take a picturesque drive through the Penedes wine region up to Montserrat, where you can take in the spectacular views of the 4000ft rock.


Your guide will then take you to visit the Monastery - where you may hear the boys' choir, if you are lucky! You'll see the famous Black Madonna, before some free time to explore the market, local museum, restaurants or souvenir shops.

We'll return to Barcelona where you have a free evening to explore!

Northern Spain 8-Day Vacation

Day 1: Barcelona Highlights

See the unique sights that make Barcelona, well...Barcelona with the ultimate Barcelona highlights tour. One day of touring will take you along all the experiences that excite our guests the most.


Meet your guide in Plaça Catalunya and hop on the bus to see Passeig de Gràcia and its stunning architecture, the Sagrada Família,

the Barcelona waterfront, panoramic views over the city from Montjuïc, and the incredible Poble Espanyol. Keep in mind to dress modestly for admission to the Sagrada Família.


Spend the rest of the afternoon at your leisure.


Day 2 Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, Picasso Museum, Flamenco Show

Skip the line to visit the Picasso Museum and discover the bond between Picasso and Barcelona on your private tour. Discover the Gothic Quarter’s charming squares hidden away down ancient narrow streets. Come to the core of the city, where it all started 2000 years ago. Spend the afternoon discovering La Rambla, one of the most famous streets in the world and the stunning Cathedral.


Then head to Palacio del Flamenco for an evening show and 30-minute flamenco lesson. Please note that this experience does not include a guide or transfer.


Day 3: Modernism, Montserrat Overnight

In the morning, take a stroll along Passeig de Gràcia, where there are lots of modernista buildings such as Gaudí’s la Pedrera & Casa Batlló (entrance tickets for one of the houses included). It’s also a great avenue for shopping. Also visit Palau de la Musica, one of the best modernista sites in the city. Your guide will pick you up at your hotel for this private walking tour.


In the afternoon, depart for Montserrat from Plaça Catalunya and take in the spectacular views of the 4000ft rock. The most peaceful moment is in the evening, when there are no crowds and the Escolania Boy’s Choir is singing. Just magical! Enjoy an overnight stay (half-board) in Montserrat.


Day 4: Montserrat

Wake up in time to see the sunrise in Montserrat, and be the first to take the funicular up to some incredible views. You can do some hiking or choose a more cultural visit to the museum and explore local restaurants for a taste of local food. Transfer back to Barcelona later in the day.


Day 5: Dalí Museum, Girona

“I want my museum to be a single block, a labyrinth, a great surrealist object. It will be a totally theatrical museum. The people who come to see it will leave with the sensation of having had a theatrical dream.”


Dalí spoke those words in 1960 when he decided to buy an old ruined theater in the heart of Figueres, his hometown. Visit his museum with skip the line tickets and admire the largest surrealist object in the world.


Girona is a jewel box of painted houses and beguiling architecture topped by a magnificent Gothic cathedral and wrapped with a red-iron bridge by Gustave Eiffel himself. The Old Town and medieval Jewish Quarter are some of the best preserved in all of Europe.


Hotel pick-up, AVE high-speed trains, and transport to each site are included.


Day 6: Lifestyle Wine Tour

Head to the famous El Penedès Region to learn about the most important factors that make this region one of the best wine and cava producers in the world. There are plenty of vineyards in this region, but from nearly 300 of them, only 9 are certified and recognized as “Corpinnat”. “Corpinnat” is a standard that stands for those few vineyards that are 100% born in the heart of El Penedès. Walk around Castellroig’s vineyards and cellars to find out about what is behind a glass of wine or cava. Discover its countless facilities and end your tour treating with a taste of wine & cava and a typical and local light lunch (included) as a perfect combination before heading back to Barcelona.


Day 7: Gaudí

Discover the magic of Gaudí in with one tour along Park Güell and Casa Milà - La Pedrera. A comfortable coach will drive you around with a knowledgable guide who’ll explain more about Gaudi, his personality, and the thought process behind his works. Meet your guide at Plaça Catalunya.


Day 8: Costa Brava Calella Tour

Experience more of the area today! Take the taxi from your hotel to the train station and hop on the high-speed AVE train to Girona to adventure the Costa Brava (tickets included).


Start with the picturesque medieval village of Peratallada and learn more about its historical culture and traditions, stop for some outstanding views of the Costa Brava and end at the fisherman village of Calella de Palafrugell.


Note taxi & bus transfers to each village are included. Please bring your passport as it may be required on the train.

Highlights of Barcelona 3 Day Tour

Day 1: Sagrada Família, Park Güell, Flamenco Show


In the morning, meet your guide at your hotel or another agreed-upon place to visit two of Gaudí’s masterpieces on a 4-hour private tour: Sagrada Família and Park Güell.


Park Güell brings together all the characteristics of Art Nouveau and Gaudí’s own vision. From there, see the façades of Casa Batlló and La Pedrera on your way to the Sagrada Família.

The latter is the crown jewel of Gaudí’s work and can’t be missed.


Spend the afternoon at your leisure before heading to Palacio del Flamenco for an evening show and 30-minute flamenco lesson. Please note that this experience does not include a guide or transfer.


Day 2: Cathedral of Barcelona, Gothic Quarter, Montserrat


Enjoy a guided walking tour through some of the most famous areas in Barcelona. Starting at Plaça Catalunya, walk along the Roman Ruins, Jewish heritage, medieval churches, and the stunning Barcelona Cathedral (skip the line tickets included). Explore the Cathedral before the crowds arrive, and learn the secrets of the Gothic Quarter from your guide. This tour also includes a VR experience, where you'll get the chance to discover Barcelona during the Roman age.


In the afternoon, admire the picturesque route to Montserrat from our air-conditioned bus, where your guide will take you to visit the famous Monastery. See the Black Madonna and take some free time to explore the market, museum, restaurants, and souvenir shops.


Day 3: Costa Brava Calella Tour


Experience more of the area today! Take the taxi from your hotel to the train station and hop on the high-speed AVE train to Girona to adventure the Costa Brava (tickets included).
